'New Life' Bootcamp

These exercise classes have been designed especially for women 40yrs+ & those who are unfit.

Tuesday's, Wednesday's & Thursday's 7:00-7:45am Paradise Beach Park Sanctuary Point NSW

This for beginners with all body types, knowing you can feel comfortable in the friendly group doing low impact exercise; it’s fun, safe & effective.

Work at your own pace, whether it be gentle, intermediate or 100%

Listen to your body & notice how it changes over the weeks to come.

Make sure your goals are achievable because I want you to succeed.
