Gentle exercise

I have specialised in a range of exercises  and dance-movement  that will benefit seniors the most, including Pelvic Floor safe exercises.

Gentle Exercise for seniors and people with neuro-degenerative conditions

There is fun, friendship and gentle exercise, including some dance moves.

We focus on: balance, strength, flexibility & mobility

It is likely to suit most people who are aged, including people with Parkinson's, Dementia and MSA

My classes are modified to suit each individual

Why group exercise?

Most of us become more motivated by exercising with friends; it is a place to be comfortable and safe.

There's always an opportunity to make new friends or you can simply walk in, exercise, and leave feeling great.
