I have specialised in a range of exercises and dance-movement that will benefit seniors the most, including Pelvic Floor safe exercises.
I aim to reach people who are often forgotten about and I value the experience each person brings.
Gentle Exercise for seniors and people with neuro-degenerative conditions
There is fun, friendship and gentle exercise, including some dance moves.
We focus on: balance, strength, flexibility & mobility
It is likely to suit most people who are aged, including people with Parkinson's, Dementia and MSA
All of the class is modified to suit each individual
